AHCA/NCAL’s annual Quality Summit brings together long term care leaders and professionals to explore innovative ideas and proven strategies for delivering exceptional resident care. Each year, the summit features expert-led sessions on effective leadership, strategic planning, customer engagement, data management, workforce development, and other emerging topics. Built around the seven Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, a foundation of AHCA/NCAL’s Quality Award Program, this conference offers a comprehensive framework for advancing organizational excellence.
