This program is designed to equip skilled nursing facility staff with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively implement and sustain a robust Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Participants will learn how to transition from a reactive, problem-fixing approach to a proactive, data-driven system for continuous quality enhancement. Participants will be empowered to identify areas for improvement, conduct thorough root cause analyses, and develop sustainable action plans that lead to measurable improvements in resident care, safety, and overall quality of life.
